I ordered one of their rings in the smallest size they had (6) that I had admired. After receiving it ended up being too big. I reached out and connected with the company and Jess was SO HELPFUL. She had told me they do not make the ring in a 5 but reached out the warehouse and could have that size made just for me (wow, who does that?! ) . And just like that it was made and I LOVE. I am so so so happy! You don’t get this kind of service anymore at a lot of places but the fact that she went above and beyond was impeccable. I have been a long time meltona meats guy but do to covid I was sent out looking for a new one but guess that's how it goes but a little info on where it will be done would of been done with out the up charge from being sent to the other meat market would of been nice or told so then I could of brought both to the same place and been done.
