A week before mama passed away, she woke up and gave me details of what she wanted at her service, she mentioned, you know I want to wear white, so with me taking care of her I did not have time to go out shopping. I called Melody and told her my situation and I asked her to send me pictures of all of her white suits and dresses. Mom picked the one she wanted, I paid for it, she told me the dress also has a hat. My mom looked beautiful. When I told people that she picked her own outfit for her service, they were in awe! After that he removed our old nasty shower and created a beautiful spa-like double showerhead shower for us. Gabriel did an AMAZING job! We told him what we wanted and he delivered it impeccably. I was the original patient but liked his work ethic and care so much i transferred my parents over to him ( he cared for my father til his passing l- and even helped is all through that transition- and has kept my Mom in terrific health for years). “We continue to have work performed by this Company. We scheduled to replace wooden soffets that were peeling below two of our bay windows. Nicole was GREAT in helping to get this work scheduled for us, despite one of their technicians having medical issues and therefore was unable to handle the job. Nicole worked diligently to reschedule the work and employed two other individuals who performed the job in a highly professional, satisfactory manner. They were friendly, explaining exactly what they were going to do and then went over all of the completed work with me. Thank you Ace Home Improvements and special thanks to Nicole! The technician, Steve, arrived promptly to perform the work on our garage doors. He was very friendly and professional. He did excellent work, and the garage door is operating very smoothly, much better than ever before. And he cleaned up after his work. We are thoroughly satisfied and would highly recommend them for future work. We recently called to arrange for repairs on a garage door. The individual that I spoke with, Nicole, was very friendly and professional. After explaining the work that we would need done, she indicated she would talk to one of the experts and get back to me promptly with the cost of the work. I received a call back the same day with the price and immediately scheduled the work to be done. While the work is scheduled for the future, and I will update this review after the work is completed, I am writing this review to reflect how satisfied I was with speaking to Nicole.”

“I purchased a mattress and box spring from this company about 2 months ago. I haven’t had any issues. The only thing I will say… (as a suggestion) because it may have been harmless questions… but when I went to buy the matress and box spring they lady was very helpful and detailed about the prices and quality of the mattresses but when she asked me how would I like to pay and I told her I just wanted to pay straight out, she started asking questions like “where did you get the money from” and “where do you work” and “who do you bank with”. I just don’t see how any of those questions have any relevancy to me purchasing a mattress and box spring. Maybe it was harmless but it definitely gave me the vibe that she was surprised I could afford it. It was only $700”
