The man working in the roofing aisle was very helpful and led us (read: didn’t just point and say “Over there!” Which has been the norm at HD.) to the items we were looking for! In fact… we later needed help finding a specific type of ladder. Again, he was very helpful. Only bad thing, he only smiled maybe once. “First off, I just want to explain how I found Tune Belt. I stumbled upon them at the New Balance Falmouth Road Race Health & Fitness Expo in 2019 and I figured I'd give their product a good old college try as they say. It worked out the first time. Now, fast forward to late August of this year, I get a new I-phone SE 2020, and I discover I need an arm band so that way when I'm running, I don't have to clutch my phone. I go to Tune Belt and research all of the models, and I pick the first one that I see and I order it. It came promptly and I thought it would work. It turns out I had ordered the wrong model of band. So, that left me in a dilemma on what to do. Do I return it and get my money back or do I hold on to it and hope someone else uses it? It turns out I ended up holding on to it. However, this review also deserves a commendation. My mother ended up emailing Tune Belt customer service to help me out. That was on Thursday 9/10. On Saturday 9/12, she gets a response back from Sharon Sexton who recommended that I keep the one that I mistakenly ordered. Thank you Sharon for coming up to bat and helping me out. Bottom line: I would recommend Tune Belt to anyone who needs a wristband.”

“Rob and Dustin are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. And their willingness to share their fishing knowledge of current conditions has helped make my trips very successful. Fishing this past week was so phenomenal that I extended my stay an additional night(Great cozy bunkhouses). Going off of Rob's fly recommendations and what parts of the lake to fish, I caught lots of trout, all over 21", and 90% in less than 2' of water. The cooler weather has turned Spinney on! The best week I've ever had fly fishing. Highly recommend stopping in on your way to the lake to say hi and find out what's working and where to go, may save you a day or two of trying to figure it out on your own....”
