He came out over my furnace breaking down and was able to quickly identify what the issue was, and thought on his feet to not only work out a solution (I’ve got an ancient furnace, so I guess some of its parts are hard to come by now), but also work with me to make sure I wasn’t going to be bankrupted, even if it meant a little extra work on his part. “I was referred here recently by discount tire to get some lugs replaced on my old F150 I had such a good experience at RC. I usually dread going to the mechanic but these guys were fair. They made professional recommendations, not demands. Dale was responsive and kind. The work was all done quickly (within a few days, I let them know it was not my daily driver and expected a longer turn around time). The rates offered were very fair. I’ve recently seen the same work quoted at a higher price on a different vehicle of mine (tire rod ends). The fact that all the work performed came with a one year warranty should serve as a testimony to the quality of work they perform and the standards they hold themselves to As someone who isn’t a gear head and has been taken for a ride at the shop in the past, It’s really refreshing to have a wholesome experience at the mechanic. 10/10 I’ve got nothing that o think could be improved honestly.”
