“My wife and I used to shop here about five years ago when it was save a lot. I think the manager was named Allen. At any rate what the store lacked in quality or selection the manager made up for with an outstanding customer service and a genuine smile and appreciation for his employees and customers. He left to pursue other opportunities, and the store fell into deterioration both in quality and customer service. Hence we quit shopping there. However, last week I noticed the name and look have changed. So I decided to have a look. I was really surprised. The fresh produce and meat department was outstanding in quality and price,,and everything was very clean. The only thing missing now is a manager with an open smile and a genuine desire to make the place feel like a hometown grocery like the previous manager did.We have decided to start shopping here again, so long as they keep up the good work.”

“We love going to Trader Joe's as they offer unique foods that are not offered at local supermarkets. I believe this is just the 2nd one in the area. The Wilmington location is a hike for us so we are glad that there is one closer to us. This store gets busy but they will check you out quickly. I do wish Delaware will allow groceries to sell wine. Would love to try out their wine selection, like the two buck Chucks and others.”

“This is my favorite grocery store! I shop here about once a week and strongly prefer the easy shopping experience to any other grocery store. Yes, there are not as many options as your typical grocery store, but I'd rather have fewer options with the considerably lower prices you find here at ALDI. Checkout is always easy as the employees are highly skilled and very fast. I also prefer that I am able to bag my own groceries in large, reusable bags, making it much easier to bring inside my house when we get home (and reducing plastic use). Highly recommend!”

“For a grocery store in a rural setting they have a good variety at comparable prices to bigger stores in Birmingham and Tuscaloosa. Meat market does a good job. Nice deli/bakery. Front end people always friendly. Saw a young clerk helping a handicapped man out to his car with his groceries, you only see stuff like that at Publix nowadays.”
