I think my total bill is usually less than Kroger even when I pick up extras. I chose Salon Effect because it was local, the other reviews were good and its not a "chain". I went in with high hopes but a guarded heart. I had Chrissy and she was phenomenal!!!! Told her what I wanted and showed her some pictures. She gave me advice and we talked a few minutes before she even touched my hair. We talked the whole time and I was very comfortable. The place was great too! Clean salon, upbeat environment and friendly staff. My hair turned out exactly what I was wanting! I'm so excited to find a place and will want to go back when needed!”

“I don’t know if this place is the “best,” but there are so many grocery stores in woodside that most of the time you just go to the one that’s closest. Prices are pretty good and they keep the store clean. They recently renovated the place in the past few years and have kept things looking fresh! :) Usually the manager is in the store just doing random upkeep and I’ve had to ask where something was if I couldn’t find it. He’s always helpful. Nice grocery store!”
