“There are many good things about Trader Joe's. I can't say I like their food so much, but it's cheap. It also makes a good effort to carry vegan, organic and other healthy foods-- for its size, way more than any of the local food chains. I used to shop there more, and may start again, because it carries imaginative stuff. Their prepared frozen foods are usually at least edible, and they'll take back anything you don't like. It's packed with stuff and an interesting rainbow of people, so exudes a hip urban vibe that's pretty scarce in Charlotte.”

“Two days before Thanksgiving...No sign of stress or weariness here!! All employees were on the floor helping and sharing greetings. The lady in the meat department was filling the frozen shrimp and asking if I was aware that what I had was not the sale item..she helped me find even more than I needed. In the produce department- it was full and fresh..and associates were very pleasant and helpful. Customers were happy and discussing all of the great holiday sales. I thought it couldn't get any better until I reached the check out. The cashier was so friendly and James was bagging..I wasn't quite ready with my order and James took me to the Customer Service area where Diane was trying to make my stay as pleasant and worry free as she could. Thank to James and the staff I finally completely my Thanksgiving prep. Needless to say Publix will always be my Thanksgiving stop- and every day in between. “This visit was clean (as always), efficient, and fast. Although they were remodeling the floor we was able to move about from one end of the store to the other with no blockages. Friendly staff was buzzing around to get their job done but aware enough to not get in customers way. This is a very convenient store location and variety wise all the same. Food looked good and fresh produce and bakery items. Only one lane open for check out but she was super speedy and nice. We got through very fast and was on our way home.”

“I got here on average at 1am due to my sleep situation and work life. The staff is helpful even during their tasks of filling the shelves. It's clean, organized, and very quick to find things. My only complaint is that the alcohol section closes early, but that might be Illinois law, so it's good in my book. Also low prices!”
