“It's one of the better markets out here. Went here last night, and there was barely anyone in the store due to the hours I came, and it was also very organized and clean. Sprouts offers healthy produce and health products, Such As Fruits, vegetables, snacks, animal products, medication, etc. Sprouts also has a lot of bakery items, I recommend trying their chocolate chip cookies. Many times I've gone here, their food has been really fresh. Their customer service was also good, and it was a speedy process with check out and self check out. Overall, I recommend Coming Here if you want a healthier food selection and a good place to shop!”

“What’s your Asian flavor? Very large market with a lot of everything. No appliances or furniture yet I tell ya these folks have a lot. The store is pretty clean with that Asian scent that you are greeted with once you enter. Yes the aisles are packed and well organized. The customer service reps will help you but don’t bug you. “A good counterpart to Trader Joe's: more expensive but has a far larger selection of items. The staff can be very helpful -- however, this last visit, a few times they forgot the "10/5 Rule" of hospitality: at 10 feet make eye contact and smile; at 5 feet say 'hello', if the customer engages continued eye contact: ask him/her if you can assist them. Sprouts is more expensive than some other stores so 'exceptional service' should be of a very high priority. Their produce is outstanding as well as their bulk items, nuts, candies and dried fruits. Coffee and tea, as well as nutritional supplements are copious in variety. The store is great BUT a customer shouldn't stand looking at two employees talking to each other, then have to be directed by ANOTHER customer to help the customer who was patiently waiting for service.”

I regularly see moldy fruits and berries and have had the unfortunate experiences of items going bad the next day.”

Went to check out and the line at the self check machines was much longer than the line at the one checker lane they had open. Turns out there was a reason. The one checker was friendly, courteous, and accurate, but she was slow. Even with that, I got through quicker than if I had self checked. As I was leaving I noticed they were opening a second checked lane.”
