Outstanding customer service is huge in my book (and harder to find nowadays) and this company excels at that! Hearing that and having good feelings prior, I kept my fingers crossed for more.. And they delivered! Rob, the captain was kind and very helpful in explaining how everything worked and made us feel safe, which in turn made it easier to relax out on the water. “I have been in lessons for 6 weeks now and my lesson days at Cottonwood Riding Club have quickly become my favorite day of the week. Learning a new skill as an adult can be intimidating, but the support from everyone I've encountered has been so wonderful! Beth has made me feel so welcome and I really appreciate the hard work she does to keep things organized, as well as pairing me with a trainer who fits my learning style. I cannot rave enough about Judy and how thoughtful she is with my lessons. Any strides I have made in these six weeks are because of how supportive Judy is and she consistently keeps me challenged week to week. I could go on about the staff, but I'll just say that everyone has been so lovely and I truly cherish the time I get to spend at Cottonwood Riding Club and with the school horses.”

“Wine Tours Northwest provided door to door service for our party of 4 to tour the wine country. Wine Tours NW guided us through wine country showing off incredible views, beautiful tasting rooms including member's only areas, and most important, stunning wines. We relaxed as we were ushered from vineyard to vineyard with a break for lunch at a great restaurant. We did the deluxe wine tour which included the price of lunch and all tastings. As locals, we have toured with some competitors in the past that did not cover tastings, citing it was an added to the cost and was sometimes waived passing along savings. We found ourselves much more at ease with Wine Tours Northwest. They provided access to member's only areas, alleviating the question whether or not to pay for tastings, and seeing wine country and not tourist-filled tasting rooms that made such a difference in comparison. We also liked that lunch served by a restaurant, not having to worry about quality of food served on the tour. We also enjoyed learning knowledge about the region, wines, and fun facts along the way from our guide. I have found Wine Tours NW exceptional and plan on calling them soon for another tour!”
