Customer service from phone operators, airport desk representatives, and drivers was well above average. Shuttle buses were clean and in good repair. Vehicles arrived at the times we were told. The price point of the package (shuttle from airport to hotel, stay at hotel, shuttle from hotel to cruise, and shuttle from cruise to airport) was significantly less expensive than the collective price of those individual costs. For my next cruise I will absolutely be making use of their services again.”

“This place was a pleasant surprise. Clean rooms, nice pool, and great BBQ grill that is brand new. It has a gym and nice lounge area. Would definitely recommend staying the night before you set sail on a cruise leaving out of Port Canaveral. We were two families, and had plenty of room in a 3 bedroom, two and a half bath.”

“So much fun! We enjoyed our hour and one half cruise on the Halifax River. There is a nice indoor area with seating while you wait to board. Boarding is first come, first served. Meals are served by calling sections of the boat, which is very orderly. I had the roast turkey, and my husband had prime rib. Food was good and price was exceptional for the cruise with dinner. Hearing the narration on the second deck was difficult with so many people talking. I have been informed that the volume can be regulated by asking the bartender.”
