I did the "basic" and was the only one in my class, but the female(super fit) helping me was super polite & very good at explaining to me how to keep my balance with different scenarios(wind, sting rays...yeah, there were a ton out that day), etc. She was VERY patient with me & watched me from shore...to make sure I got the hang of things. I was surprised at how easy things were. Also, the guy who answers the phone, Tim(?), was super helpful & polite.
