“Awesome experience and very pleasant dealings with the management company. After hearing some rantings from someone on this page about cockroaches, we were a little wary but didn’t find a single sign of this. Have to wonder if the drama queens writing some reviews brought them in with their luggage and bad attitudes. It’s an airbnb, not a 5 star hotel. If you’re so concerned about service, check out the L’Auberge. Get outside and enjoy San Diego instead of knitpicking over a family run business you voluntarily chose. Loved watching the sunrise from the porch every morning and walking down the boardwalk every night. Can’t wait to come back again!”

“My mom and I stayed at one of Monica's properties while in San Antonio for 10 days of appointments that my mom had to go to at the University Transplant Center. Let me first just say that this was our first ever experience with Airbnb and Monica blew our expectations completely out of the water, and went way above and beyond in a way I have never seen. A reason we looked at Airbnb is to find a place that would lets us bring our three small dogs so we could save money on not having to board them. Well, Monica's placed checked that box off immediately, so one less thing to stress about. Secondly her place is right across from the Transplant Center where we are having to be, another box checked off, and another thing less to worry about. With appointment times we were needing some flexibility on check in/out times. Monica check off that box for us, and set us up in one of her properties she is preparing to list here. This place is something incredibly special. This place just felt like home. The house is just the right size for my mom and I (comparable to the size of our house), the colors and decor are very soothing and relaxing, the beds are like sleeping on clouds, and Monica made sure we had everything we needed. Monica really helped take all the stress out of the travel accommodations aspect of this trip so that we could focus on the appointments. Let me tell you, that means everything. The first day we came we had to drop everything off, crate my dogs, and head off to our first appointment. Monica was at the house most of the time we were gone, and went so far as to comfort my dogs by talking to them letting them know we'd be back. They seemed to understand and calmed down rather quickly. That is what I call amazing. She is the sweetest, most caring person ever. We had made other accommodations for next week, when we'll be back, but we have promptly cancelled those and booked again with Monica.”

“I met Lea about 5 years ago on the beach in Rocky Point. Since then, I have traveled the world with her. She is an awesome woman to know and be friends with. I was nervous to dive at first but Lea was there to help ease my anxiety. I have traveled with her to Bahia and the Bahamas with more trips planned each year. She has been my instructor for open water, advanced, and stress and rescue, with plans to get my master diver. I highly recommend Lea and her husband Nate. Such a great time with Lea! You can't go wrong :)”

“This place is the best. Janine and cowboy Jim are amazing people. Very knowledgeable in the history of the area. Their horses are rescues. The horse I rode was gentle and amazing. Even though he was one of the biggest horses I've ever seen. He was nestling me and we were hugging waiting to get on our ride. Janine is a very skilled rider and guide. And cowboy Jim is a hoot. He really made the ride a lot of fun. We sang cowboy songs and had a heck of a good time. I would recommend this activity for any family.”

“We had a great experience with three days of tours. Drivers were professional and courteous. Rebecca in the office was very helpful and flexible with changes. The price was on par with other companies I've used.”

“I used this service to get a Chinese student visa, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and put up with all of my questions and phone calls. They make sure they have everything in order and can contact you to update the status of the visa. The payments are easy to do and some of the cheapest around, and the service was super speedy. I would definitely recommend this place and will use them again in the future!”
