The entire office was cordial, professional and accommodating to ensure my pup did not have any triggers during the visit. The entire office went to great lengths to ensure my pup and I were comfortable during the visit as they performed a thorough and gentle exam, while patiently answering my multitude of questions. They showered my pup with affection and made me feel welcomed and not shamed for having a dog that is working on improving behavior.”

My family has literally used this office since I was about 6 years old or so (when they were in the shopping center with JCPennies). Dr. Camp, Dr. Butler, Dr. Burch, and Dr. Sloan are all amazing! We don't use just one bc they are all that great. And the office staff is just as great. I will fully ditch an office if the front desk is full of major twatwaffles....not here! They always take turns wanting to hold and love on our babies. It felt so comforting to receive text messages daily at my request, for addnl amount. They let me know about his behavior and all that good stuff. The staff is 100% professional. “We recently adopted a small chihuahua mix and were looking for him to get neutered. Unfortunately, our primary veterinarian was only taking names on a wait list. After about 2 months of waiting We decided to try around to other veterinary clinics. The first one I check out had a waiting list until September (this was in June). The next clinic I called was taking appointments for August. I decided to look at one more place and luckily they had an opening for the next business day! Booking was online which was super easy! I got him on the schedule and almost immediately got confirmation with detailed instructions. Everything on surgery day went great and he was even able to get his rabies shot done. I really wish I had found them sooner as I struggled to find a clinic that didn't have a crazy wait list. I would highly recommend this vet for spay/neutering or for basic vaccinations!”

“Animal Care Center of Fairfield became our dog Cookie's veterinarian in 2018, when she was 13. Since then Cooke has been treated for multiple ailments by multiple doctors there. They all were excellent. Always explained the condition and options, and helped us make informed decisions. When it was beyond them, they referred us to specialists. Since 2020 we selected Dr. Rachel as Cookie's vet, and she has been phenomenal. She is patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated. She has a collaborative approach where she explained everything, and asked us to select what is best for us (and Cookie). During every visit, she took at least 20 minutes to answer our questions and always returned our calls promptly-often staying back after her hours. When Cookie got terminally ill, Dr. Rachel was an asset, a pillar of strength to our family. Finally when we had to let Cookie go, she and Ashley were there with us in their professional roles, but we felt like we had two additional family members. Everyone at the Animal Care Center was there for us and we are thankful to all of them. If I ever have a pet again, I would entrust that pet with Dr. Rachel and Animal Care Center of Fairfield.”
