“Waking up to a paralized from back legs down dog, is a SCARY situation. I rushed to Faith 8am and sat outside until I saw the office manager walk in to open. He was helpful and asked me to wait in my car until the vet arrived (for covid reasons). Vet arrived and my dog was assisted immediately, xrays, consultantion, meds (All within 1 hour). He read me the xrays and THANKFULLY no spinal injuries but he forwarded them to a neurologist for an expert opinion. Sent me home on meds for the meantime. Meds working WONDER. I got a call (SAME EVENING) from office manager to see how my pup is doing. I am very thankful for Faith Veteninary and all of its kind employees.”

“Wonderful vet and caring staff. I moved to Lakehills in 2017. My now husband and I have 3 small dogs. She knows us and them by sight. They have worked us in on multiple occasions with the best care and kindest mannerisms I could ever ask for. Our dogs were not country dogs and had to learn some hard lessons (as did their parents). This vet is everything I could hope for. She and her staff have calmed my fears, stayed late, opened early, tried to refuse payment when it was a quick exam (me being panicky, when nothing was actually wrong. I could never put a price on the soundness of mind they give us). They have amazing hours for the middle of nowhere and always have their patients well fair in first in their practice and hearts. I could go on and on. It shocks me that their are bad reviews. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with the entire staff.”

I recently brought my little Jack Russell in as he was having difficulty walking. We found from blood work that he was positive for Lymes. Day 2 of him being at home on medication, I received a follow up call from Dr. Dinger, calling on a Saturday to see how he was doing. I am impressed with her thoroughness and compassion. “FANTASTIC PRACTICE!!! This veterinary practice is one of the best I've ever experienced! When I called to make an appointment for my dog, Sarge, the woman whom I spoke with was courteous and professional and provided me with appointment options. Throughout the actual appointment process (due to COVID-19) I was impressed. When it was time for my dog to be taken in, the staff member was extremely professional, courteous and made me feel she cared about my dog. She provided me with a quick overview of how the appointment would go and that the dr. would call me when finished and answer my questions. Dr. Horton did call me, provided me with a detailed review of the exam and took great care to make sure all of my questions were answered. When I picked up Sarge, the staff continued to practice that professionalism and caring, ensure I was given a report of what was done, recommendations and written answers to my questions. Cost was more than reasonable, I feel, for a new patient visit. I can say, without a doubt, that this is our vet from now on and has Sarge's approval as well. Thanks to Dr. Horton & staff! “Our pup was bitten by another dog. We were happy with the online check in process and being put into an exam room right away when we got there. The wait was a bit longer than we expected but because our pup was calm and his bleeding seemed to have stopped, it wasn’t horrible. The techs seemed to be new employees, not great but not horrible. The vet was friendly, thorough and informative… not the best bedside manner at the initial visit but we were comfortable leaving our pup there for cleaning up, stitching and tube placement for the deep wounds. When we returned to pick him up the tech and vet were both awesome!! They seemed to really care about our pup and set us at ease that he would most likely have a full recovery. “I've been going to Morrison Animal Hospital for about 11yrs now and love them. From the ladies at the front, to the vet techs, and the doctors themselves, they're all fantastic! (I can't say all of my puppers agree with that opinion, but they're horrible liars, anyways) If any of the Dr.'s suggest that a lab or test be done, I'll follow that recommendation with confidence. I don't know of a single incidence they did that. What I can think of are several where it was, let's try A first as it's cheaper. If it didn't work or show any improvement, THEN we'll do B, C or D.
