“This place is amazing. I have been coming here for years, but unless someplace is bad, we forget to write a review. Having a pit-mix many places treated my dog differently. At Kierland Animal Clinic they don’t. They love to see her, they are accommodating and Lucy actually relaxes with the vet (she use to be scared). The supporting staff is friendly, helpful, and top of things. The group doesn’t run a bunch of unnecessary tests just to increase your bill. They are so honest and to the point. You can tell they do this because they truly care about the animal, not just looking at it as a $. I even went through a phase after everything seemed to go wrong in my life (mom in icu, lost my business, etc) in which I was hyper paranoid. They were so understanding and patient with me during this time. I really can’t sing their praises enough & have referred my parents and clients to them. Prices for things like vaccinations, blood work, etc. are average - not overly expensive. Scheduling appointments has always been quick and easy, and that's been my experience during the actual appointments, too - quick and easy! From what I understand they are only doing spays twice a month and they book fast so it took me over a month to get in. They explained everything well and checked in after to see how she was doing.”

“Absolutely, 100% THE BEST vets in town!!! When I first called (after hours) I spoke with Andy. He was absolutely amazing he helped me all he could that evening. A couple of days later, Kate came out to the barn to care for my horse. I cannot brag enough about her!!! I couldn't be there because I had to work, however, she called and talked to me about everything she did and took the time to explain every single little detail and options. A couple days later, I went by the office to tell her thank you, she wasn't there. I spoke with the office lady's and they too were absolutely amazing, taking time out of their busy day to chat with me!!! Anyway, a few days later I had to call her back to ask her a few things and again, she took the time out to talk to me, never rushed me off the phone, and offered several times to come back and check on my horse. She gathered everything I needed to further care for my horse for me to pick up the next day. But before I could pick it up, she messaged me that someone else had made an appointment in my area the next day and offered to swing by and check on my horse. She brought all of the things that I was going to pick up. I was dreading having to put the pads on my horses hooves because it was so difficult to even pick up her feet. Kate called to let me know that her and her tech DID IT FOR ME!!! Sorry for the long drawn out story, anyway, I would recommend Tennessee Equine Vet to any and everyone. The staff, the care, EVERYTHING about this place has EXCEEDED my expectations!!!! THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH!!!!!”

“My first experience with Crosstown was 16 years ago. A pup I had just adopted was bitten by a snake, and Crosstown were the only people in Guthrie with an emergency vet on staff that summer morning. I was only a teenager then, the pup was my first dog, and Crosstown staff helped me with a process I'd never navigated and helped a very worried Dog Dad with professionalism and the swiftness that situation called for. Thanks to the folks at Crosstown, my beloved Brindle lived 14 healthy and joyful years before passing in 2019. November of 2021 - my family took in a stray that wandered onto our property, and I called Crosstown to schedule a checkup for him. A little less than a week before our new Buddy's checkup, he sustained a bite from another dog in a less than pleasant location, and again, I was forced to make an emergency run to the vet with a freshly adopted pup. When I showed up panicked with an injured animal, the prompt and professional service I'd experienced all those years ago was immediately applied again. They calmed a stressed customer and promptly checked out a sullen pup. While Buddy was a bit of a mess when we got to Crosstown, he is back home sleeping on his favorite couch, and is expected to make a full and healthy recovery. I cannot at all sing my praises for this location and staff enough. For at least the 16 years that I've known of the location, they've clearly been offering the same expert services and extraordinary customer support that any pet parent would be ecstatic to receive. I highly recommend this location to anyone that doesn't have a regular vet in town, or for any new pet parents. Thanks again Crosstown, amazing job.”
