“Very informative at providing information on our sweet boy Axel that we adopted through Maggie’s mission. They did all of his vetting prior to adoption and when it came time to provide our local vet with his records they were quick to respond and get the records sent over not only to myself but to the vet as well. Of course, I was running late and called while I was in the waiting room for a scheduled appointment so I was very appreciative and thankful they were able to provide info so quickly. “I am horrified by some of the reviews on here. Dr Arnold is a well respected veterinarian. She certainly should not be cyberbullied for sending mares to auction. Yes some of those mares were purchased for slaughter but that is not her fault. How many of the people commenting are vegans? We may not eat horse meat in the US but other cultures are sickened that we eat beef or pork. Dr Arnold is innocent of any wrong doing, she is a great vet who continues to be supported by her clients and colleagues”

Dr. Sidel helped us created an integrated treatment plan to support our mini dachshund Oscar in decreasing his reactivity around people and other dogs. When we first started with Behavior Vets, Oscar would react in the moment and for hours after seeing a trigger. It was so tough for him and for all of us. Once we had a plan in place, we focused on positive reinforcement and environmental changes that helped Oscar discover that the world (with all the people and dogs in it) is actually a lot of fun. They are a walk in clinic they do not control the time you have to wait so please be patient with them. He took very good care of my late Mattie and her sister Millie from the day I brought them home all the way up to the end when I sent them to the rainbow. Our regular vet was booked and we needed immediate help with our baby girl and was told to check with this clinic since we weren’t able to afford another emergency vet visit. Very knowledgeable and compassionate people. They take pride in their job to help pets in need and that was shown brightly at our visit with them. They answered every question we had and were there for us through the entire process. Unfortunately, we had to make the tough decision to let our baby girl go, and they were very patient in letting us have time with our Hazel girl before crossing the rainbow bridge. I highly recommend this amazing clinic to anyone looking for amazing care for their pet! We are greatly appreciative of Dr. Walker and his amazing team. This will be our go to vet from here on out!”

“We brought our bearded dragon here for a health check due too a few concerns. They had great advice to offer and did a thorough exam. They even checked the uvb bulb for us. We felt satisfied with the care they provided. They gave us a cost breakdown and prioritized care options to make sure the most important things were checked without doing extra unnecessarily invasive treatments if not needed. I appreciated the collaboration and advice we received and felt listened to and guided by the vet. It was awesome that our tech was so familiar with bearded dragons. It helped us feel much more comfortable. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The office was clean and comfortable and not noisy. The bathroom was easily accessible to all and sparkling clean. The facility has multiple buildings and at first I thought it might be difficult to figure out where to go, but the signage in the parking lot was very clear and made it easy to navigate. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone with an unusual or exotic pet!! So glad we found them.”

The only feedback I would have is cleanliness of the clinic. All fabric coated seats in the room or waiting area were stained and didn’t look clean. Perhaps quick and frequent wash-down between patients and clean plastic chairs would be an improvement.”
