“Update: I just brought my second Maplewood baby home last night and he’s perfect. Very obvious that he was a member of the family and not just a money maker. He loves my dog and is great with my other cats. He loves people, very curious and playful, and just an all around sweet, happy little guy. He’s not shy, he loves attention, and his eyes and ears are clear. I’m still shocked at the negative reviews. Absolutely shocked at the negative reviews. I purchased my Bengal from Maplewood two years ago and he’s perfect. His vet always comments on how healthy he is when he goes in for his nail trims. It was so obvious that Thor was part of their family before I brought him home. He was shy for a day or two, and then he took right to me, my other cat, and especially my dog. He’s always been so friendly and so social, just like you would expect from a cat who was bred and raised in a home, as opposed to a “kitten mill.” I was provided with the promised paperwork, so I’m not sure what these people are talking about. I am literally on my way to Maplewood right now with my friend, who is about to put a deposit down on a kitten. Maplewood is fantastic.”

“Everyone at Trinity Vet was so sweet and supportive. We had a very complicated case and Dr. Arroyo was so attentive and empathetic to our little guy. She went above and beyond to try to figure out what was causing our little guys seizures, and really made us feel like we weren’t alone. Even though our sweet Winter didn’t make it, I know Dr. A did everything in her power to help him, and for that we are forever grateful! “I’m not sure who Dr Hall was, but he appears to have been loved by many so I’m sure he was great. To those that are unhappy with the change in ownership, I would say I understand that change can be hard. From life events, jobs, and yes our beloved pets. My experience with IPH today was great. (First time visitor) All the gals there were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The Dr seemed to be experienced, and was very patient and loving towards my dog. I have absolutely zero connection to this place or it’s staff. This was simply my experience. It’s awesome that Dr Hall was loved, but don’t let a change in season fuel your negative thoughts towards this place. Change is a given in life. We adapt, learn, and progress through it. As for me, I had a great experience and would feel confident bringing my dog here again. Thank you.”

With her, we had successfully battled an ear infection and now we hopefully have a positive outcome with our skin issue.
