They walked me through an extensive treatment plan to hospitalize her and the costs associated but also answered my questions about her quality of life moving forward and the risks involved. They supported me through the hardest decision of my life - to say goodbye to my best friend, to end her suffering in my arms. Nobody wants this outcome, but they made it as painless and humane as possible. I’m in awe of the staffs’ compassion, professionalism, and capabilities to handle situations like this. We started bringing both our pugs here in May, so I've never even been inside the building, but it feels like I've known the staff for longer than that. One of our pugs passed away in July and we received a beautiful card with messages from the staff, and we continue to bring our other pug Penny to their location. She totally loves all the ladies she sees. They're always prompt and organized. I feel really grateful to have found them.”
