“I recently took my cat to this clinic for a possible broken tail. The vet did not believe the cat's tail was broken and provided a pain relieving anti-inflammatory. BUT what struck me most was the clinic's FANTASTIC bedside manner. The vet put my mind at ease, but more than anything helped calm my cat, she was truly freaking out. I've read some of the comments on here and can honestly say my experience was not like what some are saying. In fact, I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience. The clinic is newly owned, last 18 months I was told, so maybe the old owner had a different approach which resulted in dissatisfaction, i don't know. I trust the vet and will return to the clinic for my vet needs.”

“Dr. Harris has been our vet for over 13-years. He's saved both my rabbits' lives on multiple occasions. Fair prices. Excellent communication. An absolute wealth of knowledge and information. My 11-year old bunny passed yesterday and I cannot stress how grateful I am to Dr. Harris and his team for her continued care. While she passed in Orlando (NOT under his supervision), it was a valuable lesson about advocacy and education. In the 10+ years of owning this bunny, she was never hospitalized by Dr. Harris. Broken leg, broken pelvis, gi stasis, bladder sludge - Dr. Harris was constantly teaching new information and showing us how to care for her on our own! The one time she IS hospitalized for bladder sludge (again, by a different professional in Orlando), her hip is re-fractured and she goes down. Dr. Harris and his team are absolutely worth the 10-hour round trip. This is an experienced, genuine exotic animals specialist that sets the bar high both for his staff and for you, as a pet owner. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for the entire team. And while I cannot conceive a pet to replace Lumi... As long as Dr. Harris is practicing - My future rabbits will be his patients. I have a 4 yr old GSD, and the staff at this vets office are so kind and helpful. The veterinarian + tech staff who’s been helping me with my boy have been nothing but exemplary! I appreciate their honesty, advice, and genuine concern about my dog. They are VERY educated with his breed and have even taken time to help educate me about his manners and social skills. They even notice the small improvements we’ve been working on together, which says a lot to me as a dog owner. They pay attention to detail, but never make me or my dog feel uncomfortable. “Nice open lot and easy to find. Trucker checkin procedure: Pull up to dock door 20 and check in there for instructions. They will assign you a door. Back into your assigned door but don't open your trailer until the tell you to. They will come out to tell you when you're loaded amd should instruct you to to go back to door 20 for your paperwork and seal. Usually they will come out to you but if not the office is right there.”

“Took my dog to get vaccinated, stayed in the car, called to let them know I was there. They called me back and said to bring her in. Got processed in, but had to wait in line for 30 minutes. Too many people and seems like they over schedule, like appointments scheduled every 8-10 minutes. My dog was very nervous and anxious the whole time we were there. Staff was friendly and helpful but didn't like having to wait so long.”

“Dr. Maren is so caring, knowledgeable, and an amazing adjuster. She performed a thorough analysis of my dog and was able to locate areas that were needing an adjustment. I was able to see improvements in my pooch immediately and will continue to see Dr. Maren to make sure my dogs are healthy and happy throughout their lives. I drive an hour to see her but she is well worth the trip. Highly recommend.”
