“We visited the new facility this week for a sick visit for our cat. Cali was terrified! She was only crated for spaying and vaccines. She is indoor only. Dr. Eades came in. He remembered us from a year and a half ago when we were there with a sick puppy. He is still compassionate, conversational, and makes sure you know the possibilities of your pets condition while waiting for test results. The staff was wonderful. Cali was handled with care. We left with follow up medications and thorough instructions. We await some lab results but I have no doubt that they will be accurate and easy to understand. Cannot say enough good things about the Shallowford Animal Hospital. We feel like family when we are there and that's something that most physician's offices cannot achieve!”

“This place deserves more than five stars. The staff has always been so friendly and has always been good about working with us with our extremely hyper dog Bow who was a German Shepherd and Dr. Horton is AMAZING. I can not speak enough good words about Dr. Horton. You can really tell that Dr. Horton really has a love for animals. Our dog would jump all over her and even made her bleed one time but she never acted like it bothered her she would let him lick her and she would play with him. She is the best. Our dog recently passed away with cancer and it was very hard on us. Dr. Horton and her staff sent us a card that they all signed and it was the sweetest thing. This office has no idea how much that meant to me and my husband. Thank you for all y’all done. We will definitely bring any future pets here.”
