“Dr. Murray is a great ferret vet. He's very knowledgeable about them. I highly recommend him for your ferrets. He's also very reasonably priced. You can't go anywhere else and get a $25 office visit. The appointments are walk in only unless there is a surgery involved so no need to worry that you won't be able to get in. He performs surgeries in the morning so it's best to go in after 1pm. Just an all around great doc. I'm so glad that others recommended him for my babies.”

“The staff here is nice. I made the appointment to see a particular vet who has just left the practice. I wasn't told of her departure. I saw a "travelling" vet that comes in Tuesday and Thursday. She seemed competent and informed. I needed to have some tests done on a hyperthyroid cat. They managed to xray his heart without anesthesia which was key to this visit. They were also able to perform the blood work tests he needed. They sent the results to my regular vet. I'm still waiting for them to follow-up with a phone call to my regular vet and since it has been several weeks, I'm afraid I will have to call again and ask them to do so.”

The reception desk is always busy with activity and the ladies are so very friendly. Dr. Ruiz has been my vet for years and years. “These people are awesome! For anyone whose pet needs medical treatment or overnight care this is a great, inexpensive place to take your pet. Best prices anywhere here in San Antonio. The staff is great too! Everytime I call to ask how my puppy is doing, I can tell they are being tentative to her. They give me a great explaination on what she has done throughout the day, what treatment she is scheduled for, if she's doing better or not,...everything. The only downside is that they leave from 6:30pm- 6am on weekdays, and 1pm on Saturdays, but they have a staff member stop back in twice on Saturday and 4 xs on Sundays to check on all the animals, feed them, and clean out cages. ”
