He was thorough, he listened well and he took plenty of time to discuss treatment options. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. My dog usually hates vet clinics but she was so calm and relaxed here. “Visited the place yesterday to put our cat down. Not on our side of town but on the way to another event and the price for euthanasia was very reasonable. I was very nicely surprised by the compassion demonstrated by the receptionist, doctor and the assistance. Doctor was very experienced and gave us his honest opinions and options after the exam of our 19 year old cat. Both he and the assistant were very sympathetic and compassionate, and showed great respect for us and our pet by explaining the whole process in great detail, allowing us ample time to say goodbye to our beloved cat, and even giving us a hug at the end and saying "sorry". Very very impressed by their professionalism and compassion, and the cleanness of the place, and best of all, it did not break the bank. I highly recommend this veterinary practice if you live on that side of town. Thank you, Westridge Animal Hospital!”

“During the summer, our older Labrador, who was a beloved member of our family, became very ill and we knew the end was near. Dr. Mary guided us through the process helping to make him comfortable after exhausting all other possibilities. On a Sunday, he became very ill. Even though the office was not open, Dr. Mary came in to meet us. She helped explain everything to our children. With compassion and grace, she supported them with kindness and empathy and give them time to digest the outcome. Then, she joined us in a final prayer.
