They have been very flexible. I needed to cancel appointments for feral cats whom I was unable catch at particular time. I would go first thing in the morning though because it is not by appointment and they stop seeing patients by 3:30-4 because of the wait even though it says open until 5. I would recommend this business. They also have very reasonable prices.”
