We are from Texas, and our dog re-injured his back (a very life threatening injury)...they not only saw him ASAP on a busy Friday, when our dog didn't improve, they talked me through going to the emergency vet in Boulder, the Vet called me personally on Saturday from HOME!!!! Just to check on him! In addition, they helped get us enough medicine to get him home comfortably until he could come see his neurologist specialist. We are from far away, and they treated us like family. This vet is AMAZING!”

“July 2019: I’m upgrading my review from three stars to four because in the last year the store has made great improvements. Canned dog food is still hit or miss for availability, and the misc hardware and fitting for pipes, hoses, etc. could use more frequent organizing and inventorying, but overall I have much better success at finding what I need when I come here. I’ve shopped here for years because there aren’t many great alternatives, but now my trips are becoming more enjoyable again. June 2018: Not great about keeping the shelves stocked but according to several employees, new management was on its way as for mid 2018, so hopefully these issues are resolved.”

Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the Doctor was very personable and answered my millions of questions because I was a first time puppy owner. I have brought him in several times since and the office is always clean and the staff always brings us directly into the exam room and begins the appointment immediately. Dr. Qureshi was very helpful when it came to tips on puppy care and even offered a free recheck! I now use this veterinary clinic for all my animals because the staff is so accommodating and great with them. I recommend them to all my fellow pet owning friends!”

And a big part of why she remains so healthy is because Dr. Richard has cared for since the day we found her at a local shelter. “I go here almost every week or 2 to buy animal food. They are very nice and usually always have what we need in stock. They can be a little pricey on certain items but my concern is that off and on they change the prices of our dogfood from 22 bucks to 18 bucks instead of keeping it the same for convenience we never know which price we're going to have to pay. I also dislike the fact that you give them your phone number for "reward points" but they never show you how to redeem them and by this point we should be able to get a few weeks of animal food for free for how long we have been using our number but still no discounts or redeemable money.”

“My experience at the clinic was good, the staff was friendly and the feral cat I brought to be fixed was well taken care of, and the facility was clean. Since this was my first TNR and first time going to the clinic to get an animal fixed, I would have appreciated knowing in advance what time pickup was for someone doing pickup/dropoff themselves (I might have missed this info somewhere, but I couldn't find it anywhere) in order to plan in advance around work. Note: drop off is 7am and pickup is 5pm. It would have also been helpful to receive some instructions about post-surgery care, whether verbally, via a handout at pickup, or via an email (I.e. when can they be given water/food, how long to keep them post-surgery, etc.). I'm sure a lot of people know this info already, but since it was my first time, these are the little things I wasn't aware of.”

“This is possibly the best vet I have been to. I was taking my aging little dog somewhere else for the last 6 years, but with some conflict i decided on a recommendation to try these people out! I have never experienced my dog not freaking out about being in the vet office or waiting in the vet clinic. They have low couches in the sitting area for the dogs to jump on, very clean area, very big and wide open waiting area. The fact that they have later hours is a huge plus as I work and I don't live in Muskego. Dr.Shawn was fantastic with Lola. My dog practically fell asleep waiting for him, she was completely relaxed. I felt relaxed too, which helped. They sent me an e-mail after summery visit with everything we discussed. LOVE that, because usually there is so much coming at you that you forget. I came here because he practices in holistic medicine for animals. The prices were reasonable and the communication was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone but especially if your animal is becoming a senior like mine.”
