“We changed vets when we bought our new home. The "chain" vet group we saw was terribly overpriced in our new area. We found our newest addition to our family and he was approximately 4 weeks old. Way too young to be on his own, and he needed so much! This vet treated us like family! He answered all of our questions, met all of our needs, even accepted a couple of very late night calls. I purchased flea meds for my 4 babies, but couldn't get the pills into them. I brought my babies in and they gave them their pills for free, it was a blessing. Thank you West Shore Animal Clinic!”

“I had my litter of puppies vaccinated here recently and everyone here was very kind and helpful. They even called several times to follow up on my litter to see how they were doing but unfortunately they call me during working hours which I typically dont answer my phone. This was my go to place since my original vet was booked a month in advance and I needed to get my puppies their shots ASAP and this place accommodated me. I will go here again if need to.”

“About 1year and 1/2 My dog got ran over and had a deep cut in his head. He was bleeding excessively, not only were they the only clinic open .They also treated my dog very well even tho he is a pitbull, he got X-rays, stitches, medication and follow ups done. My dog is all better now thanks to them . ”

“My dog Smokey had been sick and losing weight. Brought him in to see the doctor. They were able to do blood work, take x-rays, and get results all on one site. Smokey needed abdominal surgery the doctor and Mr.Paul went over surgery step by step. Smokey was there for 4 days and I brought him home today. He is happy and recovering. When we picked up Smokey and pay for the bill we were told someone had made a donation to help us pay for Smokey’s bill. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who were friendly, patient and very helpful.”
