“First of all they were very accommodating on our schedule. Second of all they were very prompt getting us back and helping me with our three dogs. The vet technicians were all very professional and accommodating. The veterinarian, and technicians were very clear in explaining the medication and our options. All the pets were calm and relaxed throughout. Lastly they called and let me know they had sent prescriptions to our pharmacy and gave us no issues. I really do appreciate the flexibility there. Thank you truly. Oh and the pricing was reasonable considering the level of professionalism and service.”

“I never ever write reviews but this clinic deserves to have all the stars! I had two experiences here, the first one was with my biggest dog. I was so concerned and I call them to see if they had an appointment open for that same day. They said they were full but since they knew I was so concerned with my dog they gave me a last minute appointment even though they charged me more than the regular visit it was not expensive at all. They really took care of my baby, the front desk ladies, vet tech, and Dr. were super nice and helpful, they even sent out a card to my dog to feel better! The second time my little chihuahua was very sick and I called them very early in the morning and they gave me an appointment the same day, I was heading to work and I got my sisters and my husband to take her but I was so worried about my dog that I wrote them this very long email detailed with what was wrong with my dog even though I explained my sister what was going on with her I still wanted them to know the details just in case. They were so nice about it and replied saying that they would print out the email for the doctor to see it. I got there when my husband and sister where about to check out and the Dr. (I think she’s new) explained what was wrong with my dog all over again she was very nice and helpful and gave me a relief, they even called next day to see how my dog was doing. The vet tech and front staff nice and helpful as always. From now on I will take all of my dogs here, they are super good to me and my babies and is super close to my house. The prices are good and the care they give to animals and customers is the best I’ve ever experienced!! I would give more starts if I could.”

“I've had some bad luck recently with the previous vets that I've used. I decided to try QVH and I've been pleasantly surprised. My dogs go to Dr. DiVanna. At my request, she's been willing to explain test and treatment options and their associated costs. She's also been willing to accept my decisions regarding tests. This is important to me, due to the costs associated with many of the tests. I want my dogs to be well cared for, but I also want to proceed in a logical fashion before running every possible test. The staff have all been very nice, and I would recommend them to anyone.”
