Dr. Tarrant spent a good amount of time with us and answered all my questions, made great suggestions and made Ruby comfortable the whole time. For grooming she always looks amazing and enjoys coming. I recently misunderstood the maintenance plan for grooming and when they realized I had, the team called me directly following me leaving. They made sure I understood and even offered a discount to make up for the misunderstanding. There are lots of places to go and customer and pet service makes all the difference when choosing. The vet at Carney Animal Hospital spent over an hour with her including consulting with a specialist he knew. Two days later she was up and about. “Doctor Zimmerman is a people person, as well as an animal person. It's important to be able to handle the humans as well as their pets. She gets it, and is very compassionate towards my cats. I can tell she is actually listening to what I am saying when I talk to her, I can see the gears when I am describing what is up. I drive out of my way to go see her, as my previous vet was such a disappointment. It's been well worth it, and my cats are happier for it.”

“I have been going to Pike Creek Animal Hospital for at least 5 years, and every time I've gone they've been very helpful and have taken great care of my cat. I recently adopted another cat and unfortunately had to have all her teeth out due to stomatitis, they took great care of her too and she's doing better than ever. I see people complaining about the prices, and I don't know if there are cheaper places out there, but pets are a big responsibility and sometimes that means spending more money then you'd expect to. Cats ain't cheap, but I am, so if I thought their prices were unfair I'd have looked for another vet by now.”
