“We have been very pleased with the level of professionalism coupled with the kindness and compassion demonstrated by each member of the entire team at Assisi. We feel as though each one of our pups receives the attention we expect and that they each deserve. Additionally, they provide comprehensive explanations and help to quell our anxieties throughout the process of providing competent care!!! When our little guy ingested a foreign object, Dr. Guzman took a conservative approach in order to give time for the object to pass. He treated our pup for nausea, vomiting and dehydration and did X-rays (and ultrasound) to check for obstruction. He let us take him home with specific instructions for our pup’s care and requested that we return if he does not improve by the next morning. Needless to say, our pup required surgery. Dr. Guzman and Dr. Jacobi provided the best possible care. They personally gave us updates at regular intervals. Every member of their staff, from the veterinary techs and assistants, the receptionists, and the doctors treated us with dignity, compassion and respect for my family. What’s more is that they treated our “Frank” as a VIP!! Thank you to one and all!!!”

“My mom and sister both bring their dogs here so of course when my dog fell ill I decided to bring him down to The Oaks and I’m glad I did! They were able to get him in an appointment ASAP and all of the staff was extremely nice. My dog was taken care of like family and everyone was very attentive and explained our situation well. It was also extremely fairly priced. The wait wasn’t long and our room was clean and had everything to keep my dog calm. So glad this place is close to home because we’ve found ourself our new Vet! “Dr. Gillem and her staff are amazing. They provided the best care for my dog when I brought her in and continued her care throughout her cancer treatment. Dr. Gillem was willing to listen and provide sound advice about new treatments. Dana and Kate, who are the vet techs took an interest in my girl and I always felt as I was leaving her in the hands of people that cared about Pi as an individual. I cannot say enough about them. Sadly, Pi's cancer was a terminal form but I am convinced that I would have lost her so much earlier without the help of Dr. Gillem and her team. If you have a pet with cancer, her office is a wonderful place to land. They are compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Gillem is clear with what you can expect and helpful when trying to decide what course of action you should take. I was always clear on the risks and the potential benefits of what I was considering.”

“Dr. Clark and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and polite. They really care about their patients and their owners. They always take time to be sure I understand exactly what’s going on with our cats and what the treatment plan is. One of our cats had a health scare in August, and Dr. Clark is the reason he is still alive. There have been a few times I’ve had to call in for advice, and my calls are always returned quickly. I am willing to drive an hour because of the amazing care my cats get at Wadsworth.”

“Easily the best vet in Alpharetta/Milton! My dog Char is a sweetheart but is usually scared of the vet so he used to have a tendency to show aggression out of fear. At Midway, he’s never shown an ounce of aggression towards the staff because they are so sweet and make sure he feels comfortable every step of the way. On top of how well they treat Char, they also explain things clearly and help me understand his care fully. “Called the day before and they told me to be there the next day at 8AM. I was there with my little dog, Daisy at 7:45 am. We did not have to wait long and we were called to the back. Dr Loyd's assistant was very concerned about my little dog. She asked all the right questions when I explained what was going on with Daisy. She then told me she was going to perform a blood test on Daisy and she would bring her right back to me. When she brought Daisy back she informed me how long the wait would be for the results. My wait wasn't as long as the assistant had said and Dr Loyd entered the room we were in. She, Dr Loyd, explained to me the results of the blood test and gave me some options of treatment for Daisy. All the staff employed at Quality Care Animal Hospital always has your pet's best interest at heart. They also care about the pet's owner also, giving them options for their pet's health. I really love this place and trust them with my little dog's life. Thank all of you at Quality Care Animal Hospital for all that you do and the way you treat my little Daisy and me.”

“I’ve been taking my 2 dogs here for a few years. Today I received the news that my Aussie is terminally ill with kidney failure. The whole staff has been extremely compassionate and kind to us. Dr. Lankford is very knowledgeable and caring. She spent a long time with me on the phone explaining Rocky’s diagnosis and discussing our treatment options. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. They have always treated our dogs expertly and their prices are very reasonable. Update: we had to put Rocky down today. Everyone was very kind and compassionate, especially the doctor and the tech.”
