“We are so grateful for the hard work and dedication that Breanne and Joe provided to us. They tirelessly pressed Allstate to do the right thing and replace our damaged roof. When Allstate refused to cover our roof to stop further leaking, that occurred after 3 months of trying to get them to approve our claim, Joe came out and securely covered it for us. Months of rain and wind, and the tarp stayed secured and helped protect from further indoor damage. They were very communicative and supportive to me while they continued to fight for the claim after my husband left for a deployment. The day of the replacement was smooth, and they came in and completed the job in less than 11 hours. As expected, it creates quite a mess during the process, but they left nothing behind and it looked like nothing had even happened by they time they left! The roof looks great, and was replaced just in time for the next storm! This company was committed to helping us and for that we are extremely grateful. We will always recommend them to all our family and friends with roofing needs!”
