Kevin expertly diagnosed the issues and did a great job getting it properly repaired. My insurance company was a bit difficult to deal with but Craft Collision dealt with it. Craft had to replace an entire quarter panel, bumper, trim, and other damaged parts, but you can't even tell that my vehicle was hit. The damaged area looks like new! Carrie and Natasha kept me informed every step of the process. They helped me dealing with my insurance company. “Rt. 70 diner is a nice little diner spot. Stopped in for breakfast on a work trip with some coworkers and we all enjoyed it. Nothing really special about the place but all around good meal and good service. Kind of odd decor with the open ceiling but I do like the open kitchen concept. I got the eggs Benedict that had spinach and tomatoes and bacon crumbles on top which tastes very fresh and was a nice spin on eggs Benedict.”

I texted Jimmy (who I have never met or called in the past, first time customer). He responded to me while he was on vacation giving me details how to fix the problem. He even emailed me the repair worksheet for the error I had showing. Again, I have never met Jimmy but I can’t tell you that if this is how he helps while on vacation, he is an EXCELLENT businessman and person. I fixed my issue with a reset procedure and an air compressor. I plan to contact JLR for all future needs. In our fast paced and sometimes rude world it’s good to know there are still people/businesses like Jimmy and JLR. Most Appreciated!”
