“I could not have found a better daycare for my son. My little one has been going here for past 2 years and has grown very fond of Varshini. She provides warmth, care and attention to kids just like her own. She also engages kids in age appropriate learning activities , nature plays , festival celebrations, and Montessori skills and has also been supportive in the toilet training phase. Kids are provided with healthy hot meals (Breakfast & lunch) along with snacks - a real lifesaver for working parents. I am also very much satisfied with the safety measures in place at this daycare. “I had a Genius Bar appointment at this Apple Store on a busy Saturday in Sept. Overall, despite some waiting around, I found my Genius Bar session to be productive and efficient, and the technicians to be (somewhat) friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I arrived on time and was directed by a blue shirt employee to wait at a table. While I had to wait 15 min for a technician to become available, once that happened, it was smooth sailing. I explained the issues I was having with my Macbook Pro - a blank screen- to the first technician. He asked me to plug in the laptop to charge it, which I did. After another 5 minutes, a second technician, Chris, came to my assistance. I explained the issue again, and he said that it seemed to be a display issue, and left briefly to retrieve an external monitor. Once he had the external monitor set up, he was able to reboot the computer and run Apple diagnostics, and those tests confirmed that the Macbook's components were largely ok, and that only the display and an internal cable were problematic. Chris succinctly explained my options for the repair-- I could have it shipped to a repair center, where techs would make the necessary repairs/replacements, and ship it back to me, or I could have it repaired at that store or another Apple store. I considered the timeline for both options and decided to have it shipped to the repair center. Once that was decided, I received a work authorization from Apple almost immediately. After 15 min backing up the desktop files to my iCloud (which was on me, since I wasn't in the habit of doing that), Chris handed off my Macbook to another employee for shipping. I received the repaired Macbook just 3 days later and am typing this review on it. All in all, a positive experience, and I'd recommend this Apple store.”
