“I had my appointment yesterday with Dr. Fatemeh, and I can honestly say she is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is incredibly kind, friendly, and patient. Dr. Fatemeh explains everything in clear, simple terms and even shows your dental concerns on the monitor so you can actually see what she’s talking about. She makes you feel informed, comfortable, and truly cared for throughout the entire visit. She explains every single procedure she’s doing and always checks to see if you need a break. That level of care and attention is rare and so appreciated. The staff is also very friendly, professional, and welcoming. They accept multiple insurance plans, and if you don’t have insurance, they work with you to find the best and most affordable option. They also send multiple reminders so you never forget your appointment, which I really loved. Overall, Dr. Fatemeh is an amazing dentist—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly caring. “We've seen Dr. Ibrahim for about 5 years when they moved from North Canton stat care to the newer Portage location. Never had an issue with scheduling over this time, we don't miss or be late for appts, as a patient that goes a long way for your healthcare team to help YOU. Never had an issue with time in the office as scheduling always asks what I need to discuss so they can budget time for my visit. Thinking of new things or forgotten questions puts a strain on everyone so please write down all your concerns and then share them with scheduling so time can be budgeted for all your medical concerns. Never had rude or condescending treatment. There are two handicap parking spots directly in front of the entrance. Clean bathroom facilties inside and I like the building location and setup; a small, single building which is easy to get in and out of (driving and walking) compared to large scale medical buildings/plazas. A patient won't need to ask directions which floor or wing the appointment is in. The location is quick to access with a vehicle and walking will be short to get inside and to the exam rooms. The waiting room is well lit and clean with comfortable seating. We'll keep going here until the staff retires or when my body no longer needs medical care.”

Nikki’s customer service was superb not only did I save BIG on my new gorgeous diamond ring but I brought up that I was looking to replace a ring I had for 25 years since a diamond was missing. She asked where did I purchased and she mentioned that Kay brought out that jeweler and she could look to see if I had a warranty on the ring. Sure enough it had a warranty. So I now have a beautiful new ring and a warranty on my old ring to get repair with a deep cleaning! I’m beyond happy and satisfied! Thank you Nikki you are so awesome! She performed my breast lumpectomy this past April and the procedure was a bit tricky but between she and the breast radiologist, they were able to make my surgery a successful one. I go back to her in a couple weeks to remove my port and I'm looking forward to seeing her again.(somewhat lol!) She's the best!!!”

Security is also around to keep the place safe and the reception lady was very kind as well. Went in at 9am for my appointment and was out within an hour or so after going through my concerns and the routine check-up stuff. Didn't take any longer than necessary. Lastly, this probably goes without saying but the staff speaks both English and Spanish. 👍”
