“I had an amazing experience at Apex Herbals LLC and KJ Out of the ordinary. Out of all the years I have lived, I have never gone into a store where the owners and staff are there to ACTUALLY help you. They treated me like a human being and they genuinely seemed to enjoy getting to the bottom of what was going on with me so that they could help me. I always have a lot of questions, not once did they get frustrated with me, they didn’t start giving me short answers either. I have now been using the products I had bought. There’s something calming about knowing exactly what you’re putting on your skin, what it’s use is for, what active ingredients are targeting my pain etc. Some days it was unimaginable pain when I would wake up in the morning. Walking hurt, and I’ve already made this long enough so I won’t keep going on about it. The front desk was extremely inviting and the tablet is very easy to use. I’ve gone to other doctor’s offices and some receptionists do not even greet you when you come in, but the front desk folk at Alliance definitely are different and make sure your visit is smooth from beginning to end. “A pleasant transition using this storage facility, from the minute you open the door they greet you with a smile and willingness to help you choose the right one. Vicky was absolutely fantastic, she explained the process clear and show me all the steps. (Now I understand all the awards she has on her desk.. totally deserved!) Facility is super clean and I must say that while I was placing my items into it, the music was absolutely great… it kept me upbeat and happy! I do recommend this storage facility!!! The only cons is that signal is weak and non existent when inside.”
