“It's a hidden gem if you want to learn about a key piece of Phoenix history which we now see today in the form of the MetroRail. The museum has some street parking outside, or you could park on Fillmore St (easier to park there). They have an accessible ramp to get to the entrance. Inside, there's two small rooms with interpretive signs. They also have some old trolley artifacts. The employees working there are super knowledge and friendly. Don't forget to check the area in the back. They have a trolley that you can go in and they demo the car to you. There's also two other train cars they're working on restoring.”

“My wedding day I felt like a princess, and it all started at the Looking Glass salon. Brie worked with me from the trial run to the big day and listened to my ideas and incorporated what would work on me. All my bridesmaids looked fantastic and they enjoyed the experience as well. The Thursday before the girls in my family did mani/pedi and the techs did amazing with my 3 & 4 year old nieces. Living an hour and a half away made it difficult but whenever I called, any beautician who picked up was able to answer my question and reassure me of a smooth start to the wedding day- and it indeed go smooth! I highly recommend the Looking Glass for any updo styles, and especially for any bridal packages- the whole salon is booked out to the party and coffee, tea, & water is provided. It’s a five stars for me!”

“Google maps won’t take you to the right place. Go on 99. Take a right on Obanion and it’ll dead end to a levee road. That’s the road you need to take. There’s different places you can pull off and fish/walk. I take my dogs on the wetland trail and they have such a good time. It’s a pretty view and never busy.”
