“I spent 2 months doing PT for a level 2 tear of my mcl. Stephanie and Chad were amazing at getting me on a recovery and rebuilding program so that my knee could heal and be stronger. They made sure to update my treatment plan as I progressed and let me know where I was in my recovery as time went on. I’m now back to doing all the things I demand my body do - walking, lifting weights, and my work as a Pilates instructor. I am almost at 100% back 4 months from my initial injury.
