He was seriously mental ill and developmental challenged in need of care and Susie's House gave him a resident-centered approach to caregiving. I was hands on and wanted to take care of my brother, but after trailing their services my brother continued to stay there and the family was very pleased to partake in family night and other recreational activities (his favorite is Belle Isle and river walks). “Golden Hands Builders did a great job with our bathroom expansion and remodel. We had a 1/2 bath that we wanted to expand to a 3/4 bath (removed/extended a wall and added a full shower). They were on time and on budget. They communicated regularly and ahead of time via a group text. We always knew when worker's were going to show up and they always showed up when they said they would (that's been very rare in my past experiences). The workers were always polite, always protected the pathways and always cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the work was excellent and we will definitely use them again (have two more bathrooms and a kitchen that will need work).”
