Coffin, a landscape architect for the East Coast elite including designing the reflecting pool at Winterthur. “I called i5 Roadside Assistance, I got broken down on the side of the road 5 miles away from Pilot truckstop. I spoke with the mechanic and he seemed very knowledgeable and I asked if he can fix the problem, he said yes (I had low coolant and my truck will shut down, I had to pour water in the coolant tank but I didn’t make it to the next truckstop). He came in in one hour and found the problem which was in the radiator and I decided to go ahead and change it and the coolant tank (it was leaking) as well. We moved to a safe spot and the work started. He got parts from Bakersfield Freightliner dealership and changed them in three hours and I was up and running. Very professional, very knowledgeable, save me money for the towing, and I don’t know if the dealership will take me right away for the repair. The price was reasonable. So, it took 4 hours hours from the first phone call until the job was done. The mechanic name is Damien he did an excellent job and thank you so much. I recommend this to everybody.”
