“Probably the only, cared for Metro Station in the Valley. So, that's high praise to management and the team of Janitors, you broke ranks from what is the traditional look of most Public Transportation Centers. Bare in mind, their are NO PUBLIC restrooms. Only the bus drivers, need to go to the latrines, us paying customers, you can walk it off. The architect behind this Station, placed a highway road that takes the Orange Line bus, off the surface road. So, enjoy that experience, it's really cool. It's a shout-out to a rollercoaster, especially when they floor it with haste.”

Not only did she save me thousands of dollars, but her streaming specialists, Walter and Nick, did a fantastic job running the show for the 2 day event. They came the night before, set up and tested, and were ready and on time each morning. It was a bit tricky since they had to set up cameras to accommodate our three zoom calls so we saw them and they saw our audience at the same time, still while running presentations on the screen. “I have been having a lot of trouble with my salt water pool lately with cloudy or green water and not registering any free chlorine. I’ve been to other pool stores and nothing they have told me to do works. I got a recommendation to go to Chaffee’s and they were amazing. One thing they told me that others didn’t was that my phosphate levels were way too high. I went home and put the phosphate down in and my pool cleared right up. I still wasn’t registering any chlorine even after shocking it. Andrew and Brianna had asked me what my salt generator was set to. Being a new pool owner, I wasn’t even thinking about this. I immediately went to check it and realized it wasn’t working. There was no power to it and turns out it was a faulty unit. I had it replaced and now everything is perfect. Without them, who knows how long it would have been until I realized that. This is something that no other store had asked me. I can’t recommend them enough!”

“I was bowled over by how much amazing wildlife was just off the road and I had no idea! A road is available that takes visitors all along the banks of the Fresno Slough. My first visit offered yucky looking swamp water unsuitable to maintain life. My second visit was a waterway providing recreational activities for boaters/fishermen, lots of pullouts for drivers to park and enjoy the nature areas, and was now home to thick, bright green lilypads creating a carpeting for fish, amazing birdwatching sots, and my very favorite sights: tall, thin, sleek, dark-colored and bright white storks!! I urge anyone who doesn't get much nature exposure to come out. The main shack is standing, but No one is collecting fees, so once you drive by it, the fun begins. Be aware the dirt road is very curvy and often rough. If you find yourself finding a spot to park and take it on by foot, I think that might be even better (a warning sign for rattlesnakes is attached to the ticket office, so keep eyes and ears open!!).”

Requested additional sessions and quite honestly I feel closer to how I was before. They work with you, their a walk-in clinic without having to do the appt drama. Normally you get in when you walk in, never been an issue for me. The doc is a cool guy and he definitely knows how to treat your problem.”
