Within a week, he had forgotten any place before. He was respected and loved. There was a camaraderie among the residents and their family. Special occasions were celebrated. When my father began to decline, there were respectful conversations and collaborative care. They coordinated with hospice near the end and I could not have felt more supported and I know they loved and provided the best care for my dad. They became part of our family.”
