The credentials and accomplishments needed to receive this National 5 star rating was evident to us while our 94 year old dad was there for his Rehab stay. We are extremely happy with our choice. This facility is exemplary and top notch in providing support, personalized care and positive interactions in all areas including the Executive Director, Physicians, Medical Records, Director of Nursing, Social Worker, Wound Care, Nurses, Aides, Rehab Therapy, Dietician, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Activities. Also, the minute we enter the front doors of this facility to visit we are welcomed with receptionists who are friendly and kind. The entire staff on all daily and weekend shifts are all 5 stars! There is not one staff member in any area of this facility that doesn’t offer the best quality care. All are skilled and knowledgeable in their area of support and expertise, easily approachable, kind, pleasant, caring, responsive to all needs and offer great communication with family. They have all exceeded our expectations. Our 94 year old dad was always provided with the highest level of care in the areas of daily skilled medical attention, assistance with personal care, getting in and out of bed, wound care and rehab services. Also, the coordination and transportation efforts for going to outpatient appointments was outstanding. This facility is clean and we feel our dad had a low risk of getting an infection in this facility. Our dad has been in other rehab nursing home facilities and there is no comparison. Altercare Post-Acute offers impeccable services and we also rate them 5 stars.”

“Just moved right down the street and tried this place out because it’s so convenient that it’s super close. My husband was the first to try it out, went to Chelsea and she did great! So later on that day we brought our kids and she did amazing! We found us a new barber that’s super close! Haven’t tried the other barbers but from watching them while they were cutting my kids hair, they looked like they were good as well. Definitely coming back!”
