The class was incredibly well-organized, with a perfect balance of educational content and playful fun. The sensory bins were a huge hit, filled with textures and objects that truly engaged the little ones. Watching the toddlers explore and learn through play was such a joy. The animal interactions were the highlight—seeing the kids’ faces light up as they encountered the farm animals was priceless. Ms. Naomi was warm, patient, and really knew how to connect with the children, making the experience enjoyable for both the kids and the parents. The atmosphere was welcoming and inclusive, with plenty of space for everyone to participate. Elizabeth the manager, and Jeannette the assistant manager have always provided excellent customer service, and whenever there has been a need, they have always seen to it that it was addressed A.S.A.P.! Today, Friday, June 18th, 2021, I called the office and advised Jeannette that there was a wasp nest forming on our patio, and that tomorrow we are having a family cookout, and it would make BBQing somewhat difficult for my son in law. Within about an hour to an hour and a half, the maintenance personnel, Rob and Cory, were at my door to address the need. And they did an outstanding job as usual. No more wasp, and now our family can enjoy the day tomorrow without dodging stinging wasps. They even took my trash out for me too. And no, I didn't ask them too, they just offered. In addition to being professionals at what they do, Rob and Cory are both friendly, and never make you feel like their job is a chore. They make you feel like they are happy to be of service. The entire staff at The Harlow, from the management to the maintenance personnel are great! My family and I enjoy living here.”
