I got the gluten free vegan strawberry cake and the texture is the best vegan cake texture I’ve had out of all Ontario. It has a light sponge texture as opposed to being really dense and wet. The sweetness is spot-on. I was able to eat a whole slice without getting sick of the sugar. I sort of wish the icing was more like buttercream but it reminded me a lot of cool whip. I also wouldn’t mind even MORE strawberry flavour🥰 maybe another layer in the cake or a layer of strawberry compote instead.
