We were sad to realize we would just have to wait till this was all over, until one Saturday I searched motor city’s website and found my dream car. I emailed them right away and we did everything on the phone. They set up a time for me to look at the jeep while still practicing social distancing and then did everything else from the comfort of my own home until it was ready to sign. Jen was amazing and the manager as well. This was the first car me and my fiancé ever bought together and it went smooth from the start. I love my quarantine Jeep and super happy with the service Jen and motor city provided during these new times!!”

“As a book store aficionado, I must say that Juniper Books is a gem of a place. A wide collection of eclectic, intriguing, and noteworthy books for the word junkie. More importantly, the ambiance is always relaxed and tranquil. Prices are more than fair and honest, hands down. I stop here before I go online when searching for a specific text. But the best times are journeying through the store in general not looking for anything particular and coming across something unexpected. Definitely a must for the philosophically inquisitive and the stoic and reserved owner is well acquainted with an extensive variety of authors, genres, and period literature. Finally, the books are feasibly organized and categorized, no library management degree required!”

“I was thrilled to go to this thrift store today. They have lots of free parking, a good selection of items, and the prices are completely fair. Not only were the prices very reflective if the fact that they are donations, they also had 50% off storewide. I was able to get two full bags of children's clothing (fantastic quality brands and some look unused) for under $20. I highly recommend this store for both shopping and donations.”

“I got my flowers for my wedding from Victoria's Flowers and everything was absolutely beautiful!! Kathy was so helpful and I'm pretty novice when it comes to flowers (also am from the states so I was really trusting these other reviews) so anything I was unsure of she would tell me what looked good and boy did everything turn out AMAZING. Also she was super willing to stay in my budget and let me know what my best options were. She was on time for her delivery and everything was correct. No mistakes. I couldn't be more pleased!!! “Not the best. Bought a bunch of paint, some rattle cans. One rattlecan, waisted because spray tip was gone from inside the nossel. They lied and said they don't have any paint left for that can or he would give me another. Really. A paint supply company ran out of paint. Very hard to believe that they didn't have another compatible paint to replace what was waisted. Sorry guys, i will not be spending my money there any more!”

“Optimist Memorial Park is a beautiful well seasoned Park. It has a large dog walking area. That is fenced in and at the far right hand corner in the back. There is ample parking for dozens of cars. A couple large Pavilions provides enough space for a large family gathering. Along with a kids play area, it's a perfect spot for a spring summer Gathering or birthday party. There are still some barbecue stations provided by the parks Rec. They are in excellent shape. I always bring steel wool and a little bit of oil every time I barbecue there. The facility also has bathrooms on a large gymnasium. There is also a new library that has been completed in the past couple years. You can also rent the gym for a birthday party. It's very reasonable and they provide you with a couple staff members to play basketball and other games during the party. Optimist park is a beautiful Park that is well maintained and very clean. We highly recommend Optimist Memorial Park for a good walk around some old trees, or just to go sit and enjoy a day”
