“Me and my son waited about a half hour. Not too bad of a wait. Kind staff. Really nice and polite. Helpful and gentle manner with my 3 year old. I only rated 4 stars due to the speaker surround for the webcam while speaking to the doctor on the screen. That really should be addressed as some elderly may have a hard time hearing or language barriers could effect the appointment experience overall. All and all i was happy otherwise. Will use again”

“Eugenia helped me get over my 10+year fear of going to the dentist! She, along with the staff at Lakeshore Oasis Dental, were so kind and understanding. They didn’t judge me for not seeing a dentist for so many years. Eugenia was super gentle and always asked if I was okay during all the procedures I had done (Fillings + crown.) “I will admit that I was nervous to have my surgery with Dr. Masse after reading some reviews. I was referred to him after my wisdom tooth caused an infection, and my dentist recommended removing all four of my wisdom teeth. After having my consultation and surgery, I found Dr. Masse quite pleasant. Itvwas refreshing to see how succinct he was with the information you need, and it put me at ease. I never once was he arrogant, instead he was quite sympathetic to the pain I was in. He gave me multiple opportunities to ask questions, and even apologized for having to reschedule my initial surgery date last minute due to a staff emergency. All in all, Dr. Masse is confident, empathetic, and concise, and I appreciate the level of professionalism he keeps.”

“I am continually impressed by the quality of care my family and I receive at every visit with Dr. Mayer. Lexi and Rob are so friendly and wonderful and make me feel very comfortable. I had some issues with the lenses and frame that I chose, and when I returned a couple of weeks later with my children for their appointments, Lexi asked me how I was doing with my new glasses and I told her what my issues were. I was taken care of immediately and was able to choose a new frame and Scott is going to make some adjustments to the lenses so they work better for me. Lexi is so talented at what she does-as soon as I told her I wasn’t happy with how the frame looked on me, she already had a new frame in mind that she thought I would like better, and it’s the one my daughters both thought looked great on me compared to any other ones I tried on!
