Friendly staff and fair pricing. Cats are in the store, very friendly little guys! The store environment is welcoming and products are organized well. Better than Ruffians for Cats and Dogs. Go to Ruffians if you have fish or reptiles, larger selections there.

Took our new puppy to get the basics, while they helped us pick a harness and leash they also gave him space and time to warm up to them before petting him. Love a place that respects a dog's boundaries!

I went here for dog supplies and food. First time with a puppy. The girl there was fantastic. She helped me when every question I had. Very knowledgeable and suggested plenty of options for treats and toys and what to get and not to get. She gave me a little booklet for puppies too. Will be back, as my puppy loves the food there!

Staff usually very helpful, couple of them not as good as others.
Down side is the allergy attack I have in there every time from having multiple cats on-site. A plus for most people I am sure but not for me.
