MedCare Clinics @ Niagara Square (Walk-In Clinic & Family Doctor)

Great place, very clean, quick service. I've only been attending for a short time and I'm quite pleased with them. The Dr I see regularly is great and very professional.

They have a blood lab on-site which is also phenomenal.

I just wish they would answer the phone more often. I've spent days where I call in many times throughout the morning and afternoon and it's never answered.

There was, I think, one day where the phone was answered.

(I've been calling to confirm the lab's open hours but can't seem to get through, it goes to a recorded message asking to call back in 15 mins. I've also tried calling the lab's 800# but they're not better, cannot get an answer with them either).

Great place. Went there Tuesday. They were fast and efficient. I got my blood work done on site . The front desk staff were very pleasant. The doctor was nice. And the lady who did my blood work was super friendly. I felt comfortable. Thank you.
