“Dr Amin has performed many surgeries, all successful on my collapsed ear drum since I was a child. Even decade later she is still my specialist and I saw her today for a re collapsed ear drum. Shes excellent with kids, shes thorough and explains well. She is very talented and really knows what shes talking about. The hearing test specialist was very empathetic and soft spoken and kind. While her reception area is difficult to get a hold of via phone and her receptionist abit curt, it is all to run a successful clinic as they do. Strict rules on no food and drink in clinic. There should be an attached a video I took of how to get to her door from the entrance as she is in a building with many others. In short, I would highly recommend Dr Amin, she herself is spectacular and talented ears nose and throat specialist regardless of how put off you may be by her stern reception.”

“Always super helpful, trustworthy, and extremely professional. Dr. Bhetasi is always thorough in her examinations and always greets us with a smile, even when things are extremely busy. The staff are always friendly and other associates very professional. I highly recommend this team of experts and are grateful for their help over the last 12 years with all 4 of our children from birth to adolescent. He is amazing with our daughters… he’s is one of the only doctors around that have ever in my experience called on a holiday to check in after my husband was very sick. Yes he can be brutally honest… but he is the first to act when you need him and he will refer you if needed and actually follow up! We are very lucky to have him as our GP!!!”

Dr. Frizzell removed two Eye teeth and one other from of the front of my mouth and was concerned at every move to make sure that there was no pain and that I was ok. “I took my wife to Harbour House for her 50th birthday a week ago. I was hoping to make her extra special birthday very extra special, and the staff at Harbour House definitely made that happen. The front staff were especially friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to room 309, which is a suite. It’s one of the nicest rooms in their hotel. Nice view of the harbour too, with a nice seating area in the large bathroom, where the view was wonderful. All the amenities at this hotel are top of the line. The wine and cheese socials at 4pm were a real treat. Daniela was our host for these events, and she was very helpful, and friendly. The breakfast each morning was far superior to any continental breakfast you’d get at a standard hotel. Pastries, quiche, granola, and amazing coffee were just a few of the perks. Our upgrade offered us mimosas for breakfast too. The breakfast servers were so kind and helpful too. Sometimes the clientele at these high-end places can be a bit rude and entitled, but the staff made sure that everybody was treated nicely. This wasn’t a cheap getaway, but it was worth the price. My wife and I will definitely be staying at Harbour House again, hopefully sometime this winter. Perfect location; wonderful accommodations; 5 stars all around!”

“I wanted my shoulder examined and this place made it happen. Customer service was great. I can’t remember the last time I got my shoulder looked at but this place did it and hopefully I won’t have to have it looked at again. It was great service over all. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they wanted to have an X-ray done and I am not fond of them. I didn’t get one so this place is now redundant to me without the X-ray.”
