“Less than an hour, after an oil change at my local dealership, the heat shield under the engine, came loose and began dragging. This location was closest to me at the time. They put it up on the hoist and reinstalled the heat shield properly at no charge. Incredibly friendly, this is what customer service is all about. “Great value for the money, clean, quiet, beds are comfortable. They do require a cash only deposit of $150, You can charge the room on a credit card but the deposit is cash only. You get a receipt and you do get the cash back when you check out. Both the woman and man working the front counter are very nice. Very strange for a motel or hotel but the front desk closes at 9:00 p.m., so you must check in and get your room before 9:00 p.m.. their checkout time is 10:30 a.m. but they'll let you push it to 11:00 a.m..”
