“Lived here for almost two years, 2021-22. The management team when I first moved in, with the exception of the maintenance staff, were awful - rude and generally useless. Following a sewage back up and consequent flood in my apartment due to lack of sewer maintenance (a problem they were already aware of due to neighbours having had the same issue before my arrival), I was left very much out of pocket and even though a basic clean up was carried out by the property managers, I lost personal items and had to pay for expensive hotels during a peak time of year. The response was "That's why you have insurance" and I was handed a paltry sum towards the hotel stay that didn't even cover a quarter of my expenses. This previous management is why the property still has such terrible review ratings. The old management vanished under vague circumstances at the beginning of 2022 and the change was incredible. The new property managers live on site and have implemented many changes in the few months since taking over - new windows throughout, better laundry facilities, lobby refurbishments and litter is picked up every day. They are cheery and polite and extremely helpful and I can't praise their attitude enough. Maintenance issues are generally attended to on the same day (often within an hour) and the property is well looked after. My only gripe and the reason I am giving 4/5 stars is that as of my vacating my apartment at the end of December 2022, the sewer issue that caused me so many problems in September 2021, and left me in fear of leaving my apartment for long periods, had still not been resolved.”

“This is a family run business and they all truly take pride in their work. Nick came to give us our quote. They were very reasonable in price and we were impressed by his knowledge. His son Bruce did the renovation. He was very personable and also very knowledgeable. You can tell that Quarrystone really know their work. We were having our bathroom renovated. Bruce did an amazing job. Every night I came home and everything was cleaned up. He did a complete bathroom reno in just over a week. Lawrence was my go to person by email and phone and was very easy to talk to. He was very quick to answer emails. There were no surprise costs that strayed away from the contract. “We purchased an eliminator winter cover (a second at a cheaper price) and after my husband and I installed it, we realized it would not work properly to drain the water. We contacted Blue Ocean Pools and Robert offered to deliver us a new cover so we didn’t have to make a trip to the store. He came to our home, helped us take the old cover off and even helped us install the new cover! Wow! That is over and above what we even expected. Thank you Robert!
