The first time Roger came in to the shop on his day off to help me get my car (which had been severely damaged) in the shop right away and was able to fix it for me and have it look brand new in just a few days. I chose to go with DC out of 3 different companies, partly because of the great reviews online but mostly because I liked the way Doug explained what could be done to fix it & the reasonable price for the job. His guy Butch did the work & he was very easy to deal with as well. There was a small cosmetic issue during the repair that I brought to Doug's attention, he addressed it quickly & made it right! When the work was done, before issuing the invoice, Doug emailed me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job. It's obvious these guys take pride in the work they do & Doug cares about his customers. This was a relatively small job but I was never made to feel irrelevant or unimportant. Very professional!
